What currency am I billed in?
EUR is the billing currency. UGX figures are shown as indicative local equivalents.
Can Shared Hosting resources be customised?
No. Shared Hosting has fixed annual cPanel packages. Choose Cloud Compute or Dedicated Infrastructure when CPU, RAM, storage or access requirements need to be sized separately.
How do add-ons relate to hosting?
Add-ons (OS management, monitoring, backup, DDoS, MS SQL, extra IPv4) are attached to a hosting service — they are not standalone. Pick a hosting service first, then layer on the add-ons you need.
Where is the infrastructure?
Shared Hosting is UK-based. Core Platform, Cloud Compute, Dedicated Infrastructure, Storage and Colocation are Uganda-based unless a plan states otherwise.
